Case Manager Hybrid, New York Salary: $50,000 Ancillary Benefits

A leading nonprofit organization is looking Case Manager to serve the New York area. The ideal candidate would have experience working with the elderly population. The candidate would have the desire and ability to work collaboratively and engage in the improvement of each individual’s life.

Must Haves :

Bachelors Degree in Social Work or related field 1+ year in case management including experience with supporting individuals obtain Benefits and Entitlements and home visits Bilingual in Mandarin and English Preferred:
