Introduction to the Position

One of my clients, a leading Benelux NetSuite consultancy, is seeking to hire a Finance-focused NetSuite Consultant. This consultancy is experiencing significant growth and is looking to expand its team to support new and existing projects. They are open to hiring in both Belgium and the Netherlands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, ideally with experience in financial roles prior to working with NetSuite. This role offers the flexibility of working remotely, with occasional travel to client sites as needed.

Your Responsibilities

Implement and configure NetSuite solutions tailored to client needs.

Provide financial expertise to optimize and support NetSuite’s financial modules.

Collaborate with clients to understand and document their business processes and requirements.

Develop functional specifications, workflows, and process improvements.

Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the NetSuite system.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the NetSuite system.

Desired Qualifications

Proven experience with NetSuite ERP system.

Strong financial background, with prior experience in finance or accounting roles.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Dutch or French is required.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Flexibility to travel occasionally to client sites within the Benelux region.
