Data Management Solutions is part of the Data Management Grid and responsible for the implementation of the metadata applications that forms the foundation for ABN AMRO's data management capabilities, the realisation of the front-end of these applications in the Data Marketplace and guiding the adoption with the relevant stakeholders. You will work directly with product Owners, engineers, and business counterparts to bring data management solutions from idea to production. As a Data Advisor you translate the strategic vision to the functional implementation of the products and processes, with a strong focus on enabling the Data Users to use the correct and combined processes within the Data Management grid in a governed, traceable and secure manner. As an Enterprise Data Advisor you play a pivotal role in the Data Management Grid. Data Management is responsible for Data Lineage, Data Sharing, sourcing and consuming throughout the bank and is part of the strategy of ABN AMRO. Some examples of your responsibilities: Continuously align with Business Stakeholders to advise on how Data can bring value for them, how to make sure the processes are followed and to understand the needs of the stakeholders. Identify potential improvements and gaps in existing products and processes by bringing the outside-in view on Data Distribution. Translate the strategic vision to the functional implementation of the products and processes. Understanding the reasoning behind the different aspects of the data management vision and including that in the implementation plan. Actively contribute to the drafting and maintenance of the necessary policy frameworks, policies and standards for Data Distribution Create awareness and involvement within the organization by developing learning materials, publications, information meetings and all other forms of communication Responsible for the functional and technical aspects of Data Retention and involved

The Data Management Grid provide solutions to enable the Data Domains in accelerate data-driven decisions. As a Data Advisor you are part of the Data Management Solutions enablement teams within the Data Management Grid and part of the Central Data Office. This is a central department of Innovation & Technology with a bank-wide responsibility for data management. You work closely together with the Business Stakeholders and users from all business lines of the Bank, and with advisors, product owners and other enthusiastic professionals in the Data Management Grid and Central Data Office. Your profile

Je profiel We are looking for a team player with a professional and open mindset that is focused on accelerating the Data Distribution processes, bringing the organisation forward in sourcing their data. New ideas and creativity in moving to the next step are welcomed. At least 3 years of experience with: Consulting, stakeholder management and communication Data Management and Metadata Management (ability to quickly adopt our way of working, data management vision, technologies, methods and concepts) New data integration concepts Data Management, BCBS 239, GDPR, etc. Conceptual thinking Effective problem solving skills Understanding and bridging the world of Business and IT Excellent written & verbal communication skills Fluent in English (understanding of Dutch is appreciated)
