Your job

As a DevOps coach, you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding our teams to adopt and excel in Agile and DevOps practices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of Agile and DevOps methodologies, further the CI/CD practices, and improve overall delivery performance. Your role and contribution are constantly varying, and you know how to adapt your style accordingly. Some examples of your responsibilities: - Promote and coach teams and leadership on Agile and DevOps best practices, tools and methodologies - Evaluate current DevOps processes and practices and identify areas for improvement - Have performance dialogues with teams and management and jointly determine potential improvements - Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and hands-on labs to enhance team skills - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and automation - Encourage a collaborative environment between DevOps teams - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Agile and DevOps practices and tools - Be a thought leader in continuous DevOps transition of the grids, where you use your expertise to steer the transformation and support management

Working environment

You work together with your DevOps colleague. You have your own area of interest and responsibilities. The bank strives for a uniform approach towards IT transformation, and you will shape this for your area of interest. Your stakeholder field consists of DevOps teams as well as Grid Owners, IT Leads, (Lead) Product Owners and Chapter leads. You guide them in further growth of the organization by informing, inspiring and advising. Your profile

Proven experience in an Agile and DevOps role with a strong coaching or mentoring component -

Knowledge of Lean, Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices (Agile scaling methods, SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) -

Knowledge of software development practices including CI/CD practices -

Knowledge and experience in Lean (Six Sigma) -

Excellent cooperation, communication and interpersonal skills -

Ability to build rapport, and inspire and motivate teams -

Ability to achieve results, working with a diverse set of stakeholders -
