This SC is part of the overarching Area Private Individuals and is responsible for handling all mortgage applications. What do you bring as a Circle Lead? As a Circle Lead you will be responsible for a circle of 3-4 teams, with an average of 10 member per circle. These self-driving teams are responsible for delivering excellent service to our customers in the most efficient way. As a Circle Lead you take an critical role in this. You build and manage a team that delivers maximum results. Because, you help the team and its’ members to improve, you bring us closer to that dot on the horizon and you are proud to represent your teams to our stakeholders. You deliver results together with your teams because you are well aware of the context they operate in and because you understand the strategy and what it requires of your teams. You are capable of uniting your teams by creating a clear framework that allows all members to flourish. As a lead you challenge your teams to maximize their performance by asking the right, critical question at the right time. Your are capable of combining all available data with the knowledge you have of your people to take the lead. In a wider context a Circle Lead is the link to a broad set of stakeholders (Tribe, Sales, Risk parties, Customers). It will be your role to represent our strategy and our goals and to push towards results. Therefore you are involved, resourceful, able to bring structure and to unite people, as well as taking care of our interests. Wat breng je als Circle Lead? Als Circle Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor een circle met 3 á 4 teams van ongeveer 10 members. Dit zijn zelfsturende teams met de verantwoordelijk om een excellente service te leveren, op een zo efficiënt mogelijke manier. Als Circle Lead heb je daar een kritisch rol. Jij bouwt namelijk een team dat maximaal resultaat levert.
