supports the AGCO Finance CEO and its Global Management Team. Daily office tasks, such as complex calendar management, develop and maintain MS Teams and SharePoint environment. Prepare and schedule Board of Director Meetings and further support for Global Management Team meetings. Organize and schedule international meetings and travels. Administrative tasks such as declarations and invoice assessment, monitoring existing policies. Support Marketing and Communication with various interna and external communication tasks, including merchandise purchase and inventory management. Signal and organize social activities, such as volunteering and team activities, recognition moments / special occasions. Execute various supportive tasks on behalf of the AF global management team. Support to General Manager for AF Europe with calendar management. All members enjoy Two working days per year volunteering for a local charity. Secondary or Higher Vocational level Excellent English (and Dutch) verbal and written skills (other languages are a plus) Empathetic and good at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders Eager to provide great customer service Pro-active and self-supporting Proficient knowledge of SharePoint, PowerPoint, Office 365 and Outlook.
