Finance Administrator Reports to:

Head of Finance Role Overview:

Based at our site in Geldermalsen, the Finance Administrator will support the finance function in delivering our result. This role ensures that the financial processes are run smooth and efficient to further support the business. The role is key to ensure customers are paid, transactions are processed, accounts are reconciled, customers are meeting targets and finance is supported with day-to-day activities. Further growth opportunities are also available in our continued development of business intelligence reporting and also new automation within the finance function, we are keen to make our process more efficient and thus welcome a like minded person looking for better ways to do the day to day. Key Accountabilities: AP administration: Processing invoices external, processing internal expenses AR administration: Assisting in data collection for reporting to sales and accounting and tax Payments: Creation of batch payments and submitting to the bank Subsidy administration: Collection of data point to be processed for claims Associated Responsibilities: To provide opportunities to enhance finance function with BI and Automation. To provide administrative support to the finance team across a broad range of tasks. Experience and Training: Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience is desirable. Experience in using ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, EPICOR or similar, is desirable. Must have basic Accounting and Finance Administration experience.
