The Key Account Manager EDP is responsible for a selection of retailers, across Essential dairy & plant-based portfolio. You're in charge of Topline (VOL+Val) Delivery, within a GtN mandate and you'll follow the direction/lead from the senior key account manager and focus heavily on commercial execution.
Your main responsibilities are:
Understand the development and sustainable execution of growth strategies, primarily for specific retailers and brands in scope. Able to articulate specific needs of retailers into strategy setting by senior key account managers.
Holds responsibility on Key Account Management needing to balance strategic influence on internal and external commercial execution agenda and delivery of customers specific deliverables. Strong focus on delivery of commercial metrics.
Driving cross functional ownership, coordination through entrepreneurship
Project management on projects within commercialization of category vision
The key deliverables are:
Ensure optimal commercial execution for Danone within the budget and P&L mandate.
Key Account Management incl forecast
Lead annual and continuous negotiations with customers/partners
Development and deployment of all 4P elements
Participate in multi-disciplinary project teams
You'll be part of x-functional (no-direct reports) winning team (marketing, finance, supply), with Fact-paced, strong analytical interactions. You're also engage, negotiate & decide with Category Managers and Buyers and interact with Retailers/customers (Annual Nego, Innovations Promotional Plans, Shopper activations, Merchandising).

Gross-to-Net Spend
TDP: Absolute & Relative
Forecast Accuracy
About you
Experience in Dutch FMCG market (min 3-5 years) within Retail Sales
University Degree/Working level
Fluent in Dutch
Experience in Key Account management
Relationship management
Proactive, able to deal with high level of agility
