Job Purpose | Digitalization & Information Manager - IMRES (Netherlands) In this challenging position, you will manage the network, infrastructure, applications, processes, IT compliance, IT team members and other department resources that provide ICT support service. Ensure IT compliance, risk management and vendor management. Hands on ensuring the optimal functioning, contributing to operational effectiveness, DR and redundancy plans and test, client/customer satisfaction, reduced risk, profitability and compliance to relevant policies and regulatory requirements. What are you going to do? Generic Job Outputs: Align Imres ICT architecture and software to the DP World SSA strategy and architecture; Support / partake in group led initiatives (applications, projects, cyber security; Record business requirements for IT solutions. Advise, design, validate and report on solutions aimed at improving the IT ecosystem; Execute the business strategy towards the modernization of the IT ecosystem and building a data driven business; Analyse and report performance and risk to business and DP World, Resolve escalated network incidents, Application support and IT requests; Ensure all standard operating procedures are updated and followed; Monitors delivery teams' SLA compliance to client, Internal SLAs, quality of service and efficiencies; Risk mitigation: Ensure DR plans are in the place and tested accordingly. Ensure risk register is updated and operational IT risks are mitigated. People: Ensure the optimal day-to-day running of Imres D&IT department by managing a team of 5 motivated colleagues; People manager that coaches and develops the D&IT Team Recruit employees when required; Apply or initiate supportive action when required for colleagues you supervise; Complete own training successfully as per an agreed personal development plan (PDP). Customer / Vendor: Analyse relevant business intelligence to identify, justify and drive, continuous improvement initiatives for clients / customers (Internal / External); Establish and manage the relationship with service providers and suppliers. Finance: Budget management; ensure management of the IT budget. Your profile You have 8 - 10 years' relevant work experience; You have At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-and thinking level.; You are proficient in IT Architecture, infrastructure, software management, System sprint and development management practices, CAB management, and well-versed in IT compliance and governance; You take a hands on approach in the daily operations to support a highly motivated team You are able to function well in a team; You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
