Join Bluegen.ai as a Sales and Business Development Executive and embark on an exciting journey of cultivating customer relationships and managing sales processes in the EMEA region. In this role, you will spearhead our growth, collaborating closely with the founding team. Based in a market brimming with enthusiastic buyers across various industries, your primary focus will be crafting innovative messages that resonate with our target audience, addressing their data usage and privacy concerns. Leveraging tools like Hubspot and Sales Navigator, you will generate and qualify leads, initiating impactful conversations to showcase our product’s value to potential clients. After a structured discovery, you will be able to start up the sales process. Utilizing state-of-the-art methodologies such as MEDDIC and with the full support of the founders and technical teams, you will successfully manage the sales process, and sign up new customers. And, heads up: as the first commercial hire of Bluegen.ai, an entrepreneurial/start-up mindset and the ambition to establish and lead a commercial department are a strict requirement.
