JOB DESCRIPTION To reinforce the 3D Systems team in Soesterberg we are currently looking for a Quality Manager. As a QualityManager, you are responsible for yearly planning and strategic direction of the QMS and the yearly KPIs and targets of the Quality department in agreement with the VP and General Manager Dental. Moreover, you are responsible for the creation and monitoring of the budget for the Quality department. Your task is to take care of the implementation of a qualitative and quantitative good personnel policy and realize desired development of employees (training and development) and promote the organizational culture. In addition to these tasks, you are also responsible for: Managing the team QA and QC Officers and ensure the professionalization of the Quality department. Establishing a short and long-term plan to improve and maintain the standard of the QMS within the organization. Coordination between QA and the operational departments. Performing internal and supplier audits as co or lead auditor. Taking care of the QMS (active and/or responsible). Taking care of initiating internal and external audits, corrective and preventive measures. Responsible for increasing quality awareness within the organization and stimulating company-wide collaboration. Analyzing and reporting the performance of: - Non-Conformances process - CAPA process - Complaints process - Internal and external audit process Keeping the organization and management updated with new regulation and other requirements. Guarding and informing the organization for/about potential problems and issues of compliance. PROFILE Master’s degree in a relevant field. Minimally 10 years of relevant experience in quality, of which preferably 3 years in a leading function. Completed education ISO13485, medical devices legislation and internal auditor is an advantage. Experience in Medical Device organization with standardized QMS. Experience in improvement management. Highly motivated, passionate people manager who has good communication skills, can easily collaborate with others and thrive in a dynamic team. You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work together for the best results. Excellent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
