Change Consultant

As a Change Consultant at Kramp your goal is to support all change initiatives linked to a major digital and business transformation. With your hands-on approach you will support the Management of Change (MoC) of our major ERP Transformation program, called “Spring”. The Spring program can be considered as an umbrella program withlots of related project and business dependencies. The program will replace and improve the core of our Technology and key business processes in order to have a smooth transition to our Kramp Strategy. This program will not be a walk in the park. There is a huge amount of work to be done with a diverse group of internal and external teams and that’s the reason why we are looking for you!

The role You will support all MoC activities which in the end aim to optimize the adoption of the new processes and solutions for Kramp. These activities include but are not limited to: Prepare and follow up meetings, interventions and sessions with key stakeholders. Come with proposals for improvement of MoC activities. Support with MoC planning. Align with the Systems Integrator team. Support in Change Network interventions and activities. Support in training content, customization of local trainings and local change impact elements before go-lives. Support in monitoring Spring KPIs and advise on improvements to be made. Since our aim is to further develop and embed the MoC capability in Kramp, our intention is to further develop and coach you in the change management capability. You will be exposed to working with international people from our Technology, Operations, Commerce and Finance departments, and will be working directly with the Program Manager, PMO, Program Assistant, Systems Integrator PM and Change Manager and Kramp change champions in the organization.

Who are you? You have an open mind and preferably have 2-3 years of experience working in MoC. You are available for

32-40 hours

per week (home base is our office in Varsseveld, in combination with working in our office in Utrecht).

Besides, we are looking for someone who has: Completed a Bachelor or Master degree. Both conceptual thinker as pragmatic and hand-on mentality. Preferably experience with complex business and digital transformation programs in an international context. Knowledge of, and experience in the most common MoC theories & practices An eye for detail, is people minded and goal oriented. The ability to influence change agents and employees. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch is considered an asset. Proficient in Power Point. The flexibility to occasionally visit our offices in the EU. What do we offer?
