Strategic Design Expert Sanctions

Would you like to provide in thought leadership and strategic direction for the bank's sanctions program at a global level? As the Strategic Design Expert Sanctions you ensure that the bank operates within regulatory requirements and mitigates potential sanctions risks now and prepares for future developments. You and your job Design and develop strategic Sanctions proposals so that the right decisions can be made. Lead or contribute to initiatives that enable Sanctions to reach their maturity targets with the aim to be best in class. Provide recommendations, direction and guidance on topics such as coverage assessments, gap analysis, and provide for closure of the gaps using comprehensive data analytics to ensure that the bank's sanctions program is efficient and effective. Support and facilitate the high priority initiatives within Sanctions, including sharpening objectives, resolving blockers and maximising benefits realisation. Make a difference by making sure, we as a bank ‘do the right thing’ now and in the future. Practical Examples Facilitate global cross-team initiatives, encourage sharing of best practice. Analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement. Define new capabilities and mature existing capabilities to be best in class. Carry out coverage assessments. You and your talent At least 3 years relevant work experience within Risk, Audit and/or Compliance; Demonstrated analytical and influential skills; Knowledge of the customer lifecycle; Familiar with risk frameworks and/or assessments; Knowledge of Regulations and Guidance relating to Sanctions; Experience with complex senior stakeholder management and high organisational sensitivity and integrity; Ability to work at senior level and to communicate and report effectively to senior management; Fluent in English, verbal and written. Your social skills are above average, you connect easily and are able to formulate clearly and to the point with both internal employees as with strategic partners in the market. This is what we offer you A gross monthly salary between €4,292.40 and €7,307.58 per month (scale 9 or 10, depending on knowledge and experience); Thirteenth month and 8% holiday pay; Extra budget of 11% of your gross monthly salary that you can spend as you want.
