Due to our continuous growth, we are currently looking for people to join the small-cap and mid-cap M&A teams in our Amsterdam office. With Oaklins' international focus, you will be working across different sectors in cross-border deal teams. We are looking for people that are motivated, eager to learn, and are passionate about M&A transactions.

As a key member of our team, you will have an opportunity to add value through:

Your high level of responsibility in executing complex (international) M&A transactions

Engaging with interesting clients from all sectors and depending on your experience, be the primary point of contact for our clients

Developing detailed financial models and valuation analyses

Being in charge of overseeing and conducting daily meetings, reviews, metrics, and clear documentation of follow-ups with businesses

The opportunity to become a project leader, where you will be in charge of the overall activities of the deal team

Training and mentoring analysts but also have the opportunity to develop yourself by attending both internal and external training programmes

Working with ambitious and motivated colleagues in deal teams that consist of three to five personsWho you are

Master’s degree in Business Economics or related program, excellent academic background

At least three years of relevant M&A and/or Corporate Finance experience working for an investment bank, Big Four audit firm or reputable boutique

Excellent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong technical skills (e.g. financial analysis and modelling)

Confident and approachable

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and outstanding work ethic

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Have a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in MS officeThe perks
